Camera Overlay

Displays the detected object name on the video stream.

+ How To Add This Control To Your Project (Click to Expand)
  1. Make sure you have the latest version of ARC installed.
  2. Select the Get button in this page to download the archive file.
  3. Double click the downloaded archive file to execute installer.
  4. The installer will add this control to ARC.
  5. Load ARC and press the Project -> Add Control button from the menu.
  6. Choose the Camera category tab.
  7. Press the Camera Overlay icon to add the control to your project.


Displays the detected object name on the video stream. This works with Object Tracking for displaying the detected name.

The EZ-Script $CameraObjectName data is displayed on the camera video output. The box is also shaded blue of the detected object. For this to work, the tracking type must be Object.

Electrofurb, your EZ-Builder is outdated. Please update to the most recent EZ-Builder. The plugin you are attempting to load requires a newer version of EZ-Builder 

software is updated for new features and improved performance. In this case, both of those apply to recent updates of EZ-Builder. The EZ-Builder software will need to be updated on your computer to utilize new performance features required by plugins

Wow, nice catch DJ. After looking closer at the OP's error message I see what looks like a version of EZ Builder from 2015. I wonder how many updates you've given us since then? Maybe 1000? 

In addition, will the latest versions of Ez Builder even run on Windows 7? If so how well?
I don’t know if it’ll run in windows 7. There’s no advantage for us to try because windows 7 has been discontinued by Microsoft.
