ARC Screen Blanks Out

Im not sure if its a genuine bug or just my Toshiba laptop but every so often my ARC screen goes completely blank. Has this happened to anyone else. I have to be careful when it happens because if I save when I get out of it I loose the profile I was using (all the commands and scripts of that build).
