Is It Possible To Connect To Robot And Internet At Same Time

Hi, I am running tutorials and trying to program my robot at the same time - I keep having to switch my WiFi from my ISP network to the robot and back again. I could use my phone to stream the tutorials but does anyone know a way to connect to both the robot and the internet from a laptop? I'm guessing you might need some third party network...
