I will give you all of my information. I already have 2 dev kits and will be getting 3 more along with all 3 robots. I have no need to have another one, but would be willing to help you by having yours shipped to me and then me shipping it to your location.
I did get a text message from DHL, and then I got a phone call from DHL asking when the best time would be for them to drop off the package. It might be different in other places, but I did get notified when it got to DHL in my town.

I am pretty sure that was just the first batch of orders shipped from China that some people didn't get shipping notices. Apparently the manufacturer sent EZ-Robot a huge list with all of the order and shipping numbers and they weren't able to update the orders before some deliveries had already happened. I believe all current orders are getting shipping notices when the orders leave China.
