I could understand the concern when nothing was shipping and things got delayed beyond expectations several times. Having been a v3 customer, I wasn't concerned myself, and knew that eventually the product would ship, but I understood people's frustration.
However, now that stuff is shipping, in the order EZ-Robot has said they would ship, it is just a matter of being patient and understanding the reasons it is hard to provide a hard shipping date for this first batch of each model.
I am confident enough that I changed my order from 2 dev kits, which I would already have if I wasn't patient, to a dev kit and a Roli, which better meets my needs.
I think u guys got it wrong. I'm asking about this matter over and over because I have an issue with moving home. If they deliver my package after I moved out, It will be a big mess. So right now, I'm trying to get as accurate as possible with my information so I won't miss anything and won't miss my package that's almost worth $500.00. You might ask when will I move? I dont have an accurate answer either because we have a landlord-tenant issue and at the same time I havent found a place to move in. So right now, the best thing to do is to know when will my package be delivered so at least I can have preparation for it. At the same time, i dont know about the shipping. Since the delay was quite severe, are we getting some incentive about the shipping? When I ordered my JD kit, I took the cheapest shipping. It says it will be a month or so before it will be delivered or something like that. I wish we get some incentive about the shipping for waiting this much long but I dont mean to pressure but at the same time I want some concern to at least be put on it. Thank you.

@nomad18.08.... I don't think that helped much... The OP is moving so he needs to coordinate his move with getting his ez robot delivery.... He is concerned (and rightly so) that he might move before his order gets shipped. This means the order will go to his old address... Not everyone is getting shipping emails, by the way... My order just showed up at my door one day. I never got an email saying my order was shipped....
Deuel18, your best option is to use the Contact Us form and deal directly with EZ-Robot over this rather than on the public forum. Do you have an alternate address they can change your order to? I am having mine shipped to my office because there is always someone there to sign for it. Could you do the same or ship to a friend?

thats not good when you dont get warning that its chipped. i didn know that. can devel18 not warning his post office?

thats good.but if you dont get mail when they chip out your order. you can wait forever.
