Where do you get the 1 to 2 months from? I haven't read anything about JDs being delayed until November. DJ mentions above that JDs will be shipping next week.

They aren't being delayed, but if people order now, they won't get their orders until the next batch, which will be after all the current pre-orders are filled. So it might take a bit longer for new orders. As DJ said, we're still ramping up production.

We're shipping, it's exciting!:D People are getting their robots, right now.

So is there any news on the Roli orders shipping ? I've got a v4, a camera, JD eyes etc and a complete Roli which seems to just be dragging beyond a joke - and still no tracking or shipping ?

And before anyone says wait - I think I've waited long enough for an order with a promised 5-7 week preorder lead time to arrive - now that it's been 8-9 months!

And I have emailed direct - first I was told in July that EZ were "getting close to shipping the Revolution Roli" and I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my order to the newer version - so I paid but no tracking - clearly they were NOT close to shipping. I then contacted Jason in August and I was told that Rolis were beginning to ship in week commencing 25/08/14. I am assuming that this didn't actually happen either. I try not to even come to the forum much nowadays to simply avoid the "look at what you could have" stories, but don't see any update that gives me any certainty as to when I may receive what I paid for at the beginning of the year.

Yes the product is supposedly the best - I believe you. Yes you do work hard - believe you. Yes you have a fantastic community - believe that too. But let's be honest - you would have to admit that you have a fantastic community when they have paid you huge amounts of money and yet you still let us down and don't ship within the agreed timescales. Maybe some people want to chip in and say they are happy (now they have their orders) but for me I am still waiting and am incredibly annoyed.

A VERY frustrated and unhappy customer.

I would rather wait and get a product that works as promised than get a product that DJ and team isn't ready to ship yet.

Also, remember that there are some HUGE orders. For example, the Texas Department of Education. Not everyone ordered a single robot and a few parts. A single order could be equal to thousands of orders and it too flows through the chain along with the others.

Things happen and as such schedules get moved. It is the way that things always happen with new products, except EZ-ROBOT has been more forthcoming with information that they had available to them at the time. Sorry to say it, but posting negativity in the community will not get your item any earlier. I guess if it makes you feel better, its your right to do. Just think that if you are really upset, you would ask for your money back and go onto another platform. If your not willing to do that and want to wait, I think waiting quietly and patiently is the best way to do it. Encouragement may go further than proclaiming your frustration. Maybe its just me, IDK.
