I got hosed on my keychain lol. 1/4 of the envelope was missing. I got the holiday card though. Not a big deal. The credit was more than enough.

I am in the same boat as @Ings175. Back of the envelope has hole.

Was the key chain supposed to be in the envelope with the Christmas card? The wife said my envelope had a hole torn in it just like @Ings175 and @jdebay mad What is going on here? Postman got a thing for key chains?

Happened to me too! Jason sorted this out for me though, the key-chain is coming with my EZ-B Did the hole look really carefully cut to anyone else? mine has a clean square cut out of the left hand bottom corner.

(Maybe it's the US post office?)

Got my card and the 3D printed logo, no chain.

I was left unscard. Sounds like a border official likes ez-robot key chains.
