Joystick Control

Hi All. As far as I can tell, the joystick control is all-or-none movement. Is there a way to make it such that a small movement of the stick translates to a slow movement of the wheels (and a progressively larger deviation of the stick produces a faster wheel rotation)? I'm using a sabertooth H bridge, if that makes any difference. Also, is there...
