Intel Minnow Mother Board

Ez B Help

When I connect the adapter to the EZ B, the blue light blinks but the red light does not blink. I am using this ez robot kit in a class and others teams have automatically gotten the red light to turn on by plugging in the adapter. However, this was not the case for my team.
