Integrating EZ-B With Inmoov Head

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of upgrading my current InMoov robot head to be controlled by an EZ-B controller, replacing the previous setup that used MRL (MyRobotLab). To move forward with this modification, I am searching for a specific part that is essential for this integration.

Could anyone guide me on where I can purchase this part or provide instructions on how to build it? Links to resources, STL files for 3D printing, or part suppliers would be extremely helpful. I am especially interested in understanding the switch located at the back of the head and how the IO Tiny module is utilized within this configuration.

Thank you in advance for your help!

@DJ-Sures there used to be a page, but its only a 404 error now which is unfortunate.

@Nomad_6R Soldering no problem. Surface mount no problem. I will take you up on the offer. I'll DM you with the details and hopefully can get this. That would be awesome and I do appreciate it.  As such, I just reached out to you from a cluemail.com email address.

Thank again

I think the post @DJ mentioned about the US warehouse was mine. I called EZ-Robot over a month ago in early February and asked about a bottom board for a EZB. They told me they had on in stock in their US warehouse (can't remember the state). I order it through their online store on their website. Shipping to Florida USA from that USA warehouse in early Feb for that $50 board was $30. A total of $80. That was before all the Tarif stuff. Now Fast forward to now after the Tarifs started. I reordered the exact board a couple days ago. Costs were the same. $50 for the board and $30 for shipping. No change due to tarifs. I've been buying from EZ Robot for over a decade and they have always had high shipping costs.:(

I've been buying my EZ Robot stuff from the RobotShop. They have a good selection (when in stock) and ship quickly and for much less money. Sadly I checked and they don't have the part you are looking for. Here is their web address link: https://www.robotshop.com/

@Nomad has an excellent solution. Make your own when ever possible. LOL!
