its fairly easy using a pnp transistor and 10k resistor on the trigger pin you use a 10 k to gnd and then emitter tied to trigger pin ,collector gets v+ and base gets another 10 k tied to digital pin and the same digital pin tie the echo pin ,need to first pull digital pin high for more then 10 us and then low to read the echo bounce
