Jd Robot Servo Question

My JD Robot's servos start to buzz (and sometimes smoke) whenever I attempt to calibrate it. I later found out that I'm supposed to manually tune the servos if they require more than 10 degrees of fine tune. I watched all the tutorials in the past, but clearly forgot some important information. My servos require more than 100 degrees of tuning....

Servo Recorder Control

The servo recorder is great but only seems to playback any servos only connected to Board 0. I can record from Board 1 using the servo pad control ( it shows data) but it won't playback the recordings of those servos connected to Board 1 or any other board (1-4).
