Question With Wifi

Hi,

I just received my JD but can not connect it to the WIFI with my HP computer. To see if it was an issue with the EZ-B I tried to connect it to my Mac Air and it connected. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Thanks everyone for your help on the HP issue. I have tried two different Wifi USB's with no luck. Jeremie, if you could make that video or explain to me about turning off my Wifi on my computer, maybe I can get my Netgear Wifi USB working. Next, I am going to a different computer that will not be an HP! I see with all of the questions on calibrating servos that I have a lot to learn once I get JD working! One day I will succeed! My computer has Windows 8.1 & 64 bit which I wished I hadn't bought. One USB says it's compatiable with Windows 8.1 Pro but not Windows 8.1. I want to thank all of the ez- robot employees because I know they are working around the clock to get everyones purchase working.

@jdebay.... I have the exact same 23" touchsmart HP as you without any connection issues whatsoever...

hmmm Maybe both you guys, @jdebay and @Richard R, can use the ARC diagnostic tool (under controls -> General) and share your WiFi Adapter diagnostics and we can compare!

Here you go Jeremie... (Actually my PC is a HP Pavilion 23) I have 5 ezb4 boards all connect flawlessly in wp or client mode... I have not experienced any disconnects that I didn't cause myself....

Maybe this will help? I compared my diagnostics with Richard's. I don't know what I am talking about but here was some differences. These were in the same order with Richard showing WiFi first & Mike showing Ethernet first.
