Wall-E Movement Panel= Board To Get Too Hot.

I finished the tracks on my wall-e. I configured the movement panel to run him. I hav 2 arm servos(pluged in but not moving) and the 2 track-driving servos. Modified Servo M. P. Use Box?

What does the "[] use" check box do? Invert? Want to know because someone was telling me to check the invert box in the modified servo movement panel. But the use box is the only box.
