I have not yet received my Ez-B in the mail but I have been trying to familiarize myself with the ARC. I have found that all the question marks on every control module do absolutely nothing, which made it hard for me to figure out what they do. I also found that clicking on the View Tutorial button does nothing. Clicking on the update button closes the builder window and then does not open up a downloads page. I also found that when i do not close the Add Control window and then switch to a different app the add control window remains on top of the windows so I cannot see anything else. I am using windows 8 so maybe there might be an issue with that. Everything else works great I cannot wait to get my board!
They are hyperlinks to pages on this website, if they do nothing then it is an issue with your browser or OS. What browser are you using and what mode is it in?
Add control is supposed to be on top. Close the add control window before changing apps. The same will happen with scripts.
I am using the latest version of Google Chrome. Not sure what mode your speaking of, the compatibility mode is win. 7, is there another mode I should use?
In Windows 8 you can make Chrome a full screen app rather than be desktop based, however both modes should still work. I haven't tried clicking the question marks in Windows 8 since I mainly use Windows 7 but I'll give it a test later to see if it's an isolated problem or a Windows 8 problem.
Running Windows 8 here. Clicked on "?" and everything is working fine.
Everything else in ARC works as it should.
I am running Firefox not Google Chrome though.
Maybe try another browser to see if that's the conflict?
As always make sure your .Net is current and up to date.
Just checked Windows 8 & Chrome and all buttons work perfectly fine.
Reinstall Chrome or try a different browser.
Okay thank you for your input. The problem was in Chrome the defaults for the links were not turned and Chrome was my default browser so they would not open. I really appreciate your help! Thanks again!
