Wow, it is really coming along. And looking good.
My problem at the moment is somthing on this one robot is causing any paint or even sealer to wrinkle bad. Im going to sand all the way down to bare plastic and clean it. :/
Ok I started sanding between late last night and today this is what ive done...
I will need to get the little edges by hand. Electric sanders are a a gift from god I tell you. If you dont have one get one!

It sounds like youy've got some silicon contamination on the robot . Maybe the grease from the gearbox . that stuff can get everywhere . It's like a gift that keeps on giving. Just a guess , A good clean with white spirit may help.

You may be right. Every other robot has not had this problem. I will have it sanded and cleaned soon its just a pain to his a stag like this.
sure is a pain , i had silicon contam in my spray gun once took a week of cleaning to get rid all together.
In your case you may have used a cloth to wipe the robot down that has some grease on it , It only needs a very small spot to create havok with you paint work.
