In very excited to introduce RC-xd Airsoft Droid. My little brothers robot we are building together to compete in mech wars for team EZ Robot. Woot! He is a modified omnibot with dual automatic airsoft guns. The base is a rad 2.0 base and EZ Cam mounted between the eyes. This is moved to project section now that i can post pics of what a full bot will look like.

@ Louis , Thanks man I appreciate it!
@Gunner , you i figured out the 940nm do not work as well the hard way , after scratching my head and some research i found 850mm is better. They cost more too, even on ebay. I bought 200 of them.
Awesome info on the night vision mod. Thanks. I have a USB IR cam with illuminating LED's for the big bot, but also wanted IR for the drone, so this will be perfect.

Nice! I want a cool quad copter with the Starnes custom spin on it. My roommate is willing to go in half with me , airport gun for fun and somthing special , watch fpsrussia quadcopter on YouTube to see what i mean
If its the video Im thinking of that says its shooting real bullets, that one is fake. An Airsoft gun could totally be doable if the weight is right.
Hey, any more updates on this bot? Videos of it in action? I need to know what my competition is up to...
This weekend I believe there will be , im waiting on the two ezb for the airsoft robots. Lol I really need to put in another order for 4 or 5 because I still have guys like jarvis that need his ezb too.
I had to get some netbooks to use as fancy remote controllers lol. I may end up using a joystick pad but a netbook will control each one. So far I have two netbooks I loaded win 7 on and are ready for ARC. The third is a samsung n120 and I need a new battery for it but I already loaded windows 7 on it.
