Wheels For The Servo

Question

Hi, I have been searching for about 2 weeks some wheels for my modified servos, Because the ones that the kit includes are very little. I was thinking of something between 2 and 5 inches of diameter.

Does someone know where I could get some?

You can use a servo horn to mount any wheels. A dab of hot glue on the horn will hold the wheel in position.

thanks, I was actually thinking about that but first I wanted to doble check if there were original wheels.

Check out RobotShop.com they always seem to have different wheels available. Servo mount and hub mount.

I've looked at Pololu but i think the international shipping rates always deterred me from ordering.

@Diego, Unfortunately the tamiya wheels you chose don't have a splined hub for a servo but rather a 'D' shaft for DC gear motors. You may have a hard time interfacing the 2 together, unless you use something like epoxy putty but even then the wheels might not spin true. The only wheels on the market (that I'm aware of) that are designed for continuous rotation servos are from Pololu, EZ-Robot, & Solarbotics. (Robotshop is a reseller of all 3).
