Due to the issues your computer is experiencing from other threads - I believe you have a virus or a seriously misconfigured system. Ezrobot cannot diagnose pc issues which is beyond the product support scope. Perhaps a trip to your local computer specialist or a fresh install of windows. Avoid installing free and shareware utilities and programs.
Additional information to connect to your ezrobot can be found at the robot program. Have fun!
Hello @Doron,
I see that @DJ has responded to you as I was putting some time into writing some questions for you. Instead of deleting my post I figured I'd post it to possibly help you before you do a fresh install.
Let's organize our thoughts here together, please respond to each question with your answer beside the corresponding question number.
Are you connecting to your robot's EZ-B via a Windows 10 computer that has both a WiFi adapter and a wired ethernet connection?
If yes, what happens if you remove your wired ethernet connection? Can you successfully connect to the EZ-B over WiFi?
If you can successfully connect to the EZ-B via WiFi, can you then connect to ARC?
As you have found by trying multiple browsers, your issue is not browser related. For what purpose are you attempting to open up a web browser?
By browser crash, do you mean it the browser fails to connect to the internet and keeps cycling and fails to open a web page? Or do you mean the program just closes or throws up and error every time you open in?
Do you have an anti-virus program installed?
It looks like you have an EZ-Bv4.x/1. When was your robot purchased?
Just to add, you mentioned that you are hearing the welcome message over and over again. Yes, this message will play each time you power the robot on until you successfully connect to ARC. After a successful connection the chime will only play when you power up, the welcome message will no longer play until the EZ-B is reset (via the reset button).
This full version win-10 ver 1703, OS build 15053.674.
Not a update from other OS. Seriously misconfigured is what 10 wants.
