My web-browser stops working while I'm trying to connect my robot to ARC. On my HP full-ver win-10, OS ve 15063.674, Browser won't load pages after doing a tutorial. fix only for windows full-ver. not upgrade.

takes 20-seconds longer to load stuff again. now ur back where you were.

You didn't mention what web browser you are using ... FYI if you connect directly to your ezb4 with wifi (AP mode) then you will lose internet. In AP mode you cannot connect to the internet and the ezb4 at the same time (unless you use a network (RJ45) cable or a extra wifi dongle... In Client mode however, your ezb4 is connected to your router instead of directly to your laptop. It becomes part of your network. In Client mode you can connect to the ezb4 and internet at the same time... If you still prefer to use AP mode or don't have a router (as mentioned) you can buy a cheap usb wifi dongle off of ebay. Then you can connect to the internet (using either the dongle or the inbuilt wifi) and the ezb4 at the same time (without needing a router in client mode)...

If you have router that shares the same 192.168.1.1 default IP address as the EZ-Bv4 you could have a conflict when you are connected to the EZ-Bv4 and wired ethernet at the same time. @Doron, please try unplugging your wired ethernet for a moment and see if that clears things up.
I would start with a default AP mode connection and get acquainted with your robots first. You can find the instructions for building the robots within each ARC Example Project for the specific robot you have so you won't need access to the internet right away.
Once you are well oriented and you'd like to read the online documentation and control your robots at the same time I would recommend what @Richard R was mentioning, use client mode. Here are a few places to get more info on client mode:
