Are you sure that you don't have another sound file or a text to speech script playing when you try to play the MP3's you mentioned? If two files try to play at the same time, that can cause the EZ-B to disconnect.
Sounds like a misconfiguration in the project. Can you post your project here so we can review it? I recall this happening before to you that I helped, due to an infinite loop of scripts in the auto position.
Use the "Choose file" the same way you do when you upload a picture, only difference is you select the ARC project instead of a picture. You will find the project under "Projects" in your ARC file in your computer.

no i did merge from the original jd ARC.cause the jd didn move with the original ARC.192.168.1.1:23 mine is 192.168.0.1:23 but i wil check for sure.

If your JD is disconnecting - and the other is not. Perhaps it is one of the following

network issues. perhaps the router and/or wifi is saturated on that ezb channel
