Ezbv Not Connecting

my appolegies to ask this again.i need an answer how to figur out, if the ezbv is damaged.i bouth a new one,and set it on Engenius. withs is just recently all set up by a pc repairman. the ezbv4 will not connect to the wifi,no matter what i try. it works in AP mode ,but i dont like this way.

my pc is set to englich language. other robot connect to wifi,but not for long.am out off ideas. any pointers anyone ?thanks.

so the polyfuse is no longer a part off the ezbv4?

look no polyfuse ,amazing how they missed that. quality check ZERO for chinese.

David C. is very wise in these matters and has great advice. I'm sure he's spot on. However have you tried turning off your firewall and antivirus software just to test to see if they may be stopping your connection? Last time your problem was the firewall settings if I remember correctly.

hi yes i put ezbv4 in there so the firewall except and allow to run. can you say if its normal to have no polyfuse?

seems to be a wrong bottom board ?can anyone confirm this ?

Sorry, I can't confirm anything. I know the EZB has gone through some changes. Maybe a question to Customer Support would help clear it up.

Does the board power up? Does it speak? Does it say " I can't connect to your network" . If it does any of those it is not a poly fuse problem, it would be a network issue. Can you find it with a tablet or cell phone?
