Basically, I was trying to connect to my robot today but it didn't work as ARC continued to freeze after connecting, and the camera never was working. How do I fix this?

the recycle bin doesn’t uninstall a program. To uninstall a program, you have to use the menu that Microsoft provided: https://synthiam.com/Support/Install/uninstall-arc
install ARC Free/Teams by downloading it from this website (https://synthiam.com/products/arc)
once you do those two things, you’ll be up and running in no time

its also good when delete a program on your pc , delete also your browser hystory and then reboot . then redownload latest version .
