I have JD that I ordered from robotshop.com and I got it one week after placing my order. I am now asking about JD that I ordered from EZ-Robot eight(8) month ago and I do not have it till now. They even did not reply to my last email asking about shipping date.

I also just got an email which said my order was shipped (Status is now "Step 4 of 4) Shipped").

We ordered Roli over a year ago in October, 2013 and have been patiently waiting since.

The email still did say that "Additional Information: Due to high demand, some items in your cart are in pre-order status. ". I'm hoping that was just an error and that Roli is indeed rolling out from China.

We did get a tracking number so something is coming.

I got my shipping notice as well. Not much longer now!

Put my order on Nov 14 2013. Was notified Nov 17 2014 (3 days ago) that status has changed to "shipped" :-) Tracking info shows shipment received in DONGGUAN - CHINA on Nov 7. Continue waiting..........

Mine has cleared customs and departed from Hong Kong. DHL has a delivery date of tomorrow but it takes them a week to deliver 75 miles from St. Louis confused

Mine sat in Ohio for a couple of days clearing US customs, but then once it was on the move, I got it the next day, and that was with a wrong zip code (not sure if that was my mistake or EZ-Robots, but they have the right one now).

Surprise surprise surprise! Roli just walked through the door ... well the delivery guy walked through the door carrying him in a box! Now if I could only open the box and put it together. I'll continue to be patient until my friends can help me. If I train Roli to color track my wheelchair would we be a Roli train rolling down the train track? :)

@stelmobarry good luck with your build-up team, hope your train and caboose stay on track.

Congrats @stelmobarry. I just received mine last Friday. You may want to start charging the battery so you calibrate before assembly. Also be aware there have been a few that have had the H-Bridge wired wrong. Super easy fix but when you fire Roli up and get him dancing and waving you're all happy. Then you go to move him and nothing happens. So be aware that it's a very simple issue so there'll be no need to be disheartened. Have fun with your Roli. I'm digging mine. :)

My Roli order show step 4 of 4 with a DHL waybill # since november 08.

but since then nothing have change in the DHL delivery tracking web page.

I am waiting for EZrobot team for an answer to my request about my order.

I am sure it will be delivered soon.

@Arius, that the same thing with my order; Nov 7 and no change since. I did contact EZ-Robot and I've been told that they expect my order to move soon. My final destination is close to Ottawa, Ontario. I'm checking several time every day :D

@ Kazobond, lets hope it comes in before Christmas!

@Arius, that is what I was hoping for last year. My order originated Nov 14 2013. But YES, lets really really hope I get it before xmas. :-)
