Unresolved Refund Issue With Ezrobot

A Warning Regarding My Recent Experience with ezrobot. Eleven years ago, I ordered a V3 from ezrobot, and everything went smoothly at that time. The customer service was excellent.

On November 27th, I placed an order for a V4 from ezrobot. Initially, it was backordered, which I didn't see as a major issue. However, after a month, I decided to cancel the order since the product was still unavailable. I received an email confirmation stating that my order was canceled.

The issue I've encountered is that I haven't been refunded the money billed to me on November 27th. I'm currently working with my bank to resolve this issue, as I view it as quite problematic. When DJ owned ezrobot, I had a much better experience, suggesting that there might have been changes in ownership.

I'm struggling to receive any communication from ezrobot regarding the refund process now that I am attempting to get my money back.

same here . do robotshop doesn have many ez robot components any more . ebay , on vinted .i found complete jd  full HDD just needed a new neck bracket for 79 euro 's
