On The V 4, How Can I Tell It The Sounds Needs To Go Through The Main Desktop, N

Battery

Unable to charge robot. Only charge the robot on one occasion. Then try to recharge the battery when the robot says it has to be charged. All LEDs flashes red six times and stop 1 second in cycle. I know it says the problem is a 300mv difference of voltage between battery pack. How can I solve this problem?

ARC On Windows 10

I just purchased a new windows 10 laptop. When I try to download Ez -Builder it loads but comes up with terms of use box. I go through the pages and check the accept box. It then does nothing and when I close the box ARC goes away and wont run. I do not think it is a scaling problems. Any help would be appreciated.
