ARC On Windows 10

I just purchased a new windows 10 laptop. When I try to download Ez -Builder it loads but comes up with terms of use box. I go through the pages and check the accept box. It then does nothing and when I close the box ARC goes away and won't run. I do not think it is a scaling problems. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a scaling problem. There is an OK button that isn't showing up. After hitting the check box, hit your tab key which will select the hidden OK button, then hit enter.

Here is a thread on the issue. It is right arrow, not tab that you need to hit to select the hidden button.

Changing screen resolution as described in the other thread will also work.
