If it works, I suggest cleaning it out ASAP to avoid any problems later on.

Report him to eBay, they'll deal with it for you if leave a support ticket.

he gave me a refund 8 dollar.its so stupid all this trouble for a remote from 13 dollar. why are not all buttons availeble in ez for using.its eather right or left.

The remote may be defective so the ARC is unable to see the mapping bits for all the buttons.
