Can you test it in ARC? Also it should show up in device manager...

If it's detected in devices then it should show up in ARC. Try refreshing the joysticks or restarting ARC.

That's the same joystick as I have. Are you sure it's not the one you've selected in ARC? Try moving the analog sticks and pushing the buttons and see if the blue dot moves too.

I just talked to @nomad on Skype. His controller appears to have liquid that leaked to the front, which may be the cause of this defect.

The liquid might have already corroded the inside, so your best bet is to get a refund / new one.

I was afraid of this happening to my controller, so the first thing I did was remove the liquid containers.

Seems like the liquid left their storage areas and got everywhere. Definitely try to get a refund or exchange. I see this kind of thing happen when the devices are exposed to freezing temps and next thing ya know the liquid is everywhere.

he gave me a refund 8 dollar.its so stupid all this trouble for a remote from 13 dollar. why are not all buttons availeble in ez for using.its eather right or left.

The remote may be defective so the ARC is unable to see the mapping bits for all the buttons.
