H Bridge Not Needed If Motor Not Reversed?

Hopefully this is straightforward. If I am NOT reversing a 12 volt motor but just turning it on then off then I don't need an H-Bridge, correct? Power will be provided by an outside source.

Thanks,

Daniel

Thanks Dave.

I knew I was over-complicating this (like I do). By having the spinning unit push the door open I could not only save a servo but port connections and controls as well. My spinner is attached to an actuator and slides out of a guide created from PVC inside the tractor. I think I may follow your lead.

glad you found this helpful. As a side note, don't let the scoop start spinning till after its cleared the door. It looks better and causes less ware to the parts hitting each other.
