Error In Update

Looks like it can't find the cloud, which isn't surprising since if you look at the wifi you aren't connected properly.

It indicates the problem is with your wifi not ARC.

In the image you posted you have an error with your wifi connection indicated by the orange star, Windows should tell you what the problem is if you check your network settings.

you will require a connection to the internet to use the cloud service.

i gess its ok now.i install it as admin.
