Skill Bing Speech Recognition error

When activating the skill, there is always an error message. All other skills work. Can anyone help me? thank you very much.

I did notice about 4 microphones had bad results but then later I used An Android phone Emulator program on my laptop to use the cell phone versions of Bing and Google speech recognition. Suddenly the built in microphone was working much better with Android version compared to the PC version, weird?
