Hello I bought the complete kit ez-robot ... in your site and nowhere else, I bought the kit day 04/04/2013 and the order has not been shipped yet .. I'll have to wait until then delivery times, all over to get about 1 month .. I am an Italian and I really like your product .. But all this time is absurd. If more is not at all mentioned all this waiting time. My regards Emanuele.

Did you ever get your order? I ordered several for my university from RobotShop in early April, but I haven't heard a word. Now, my semester is over and the site says they're sold out. In fact, a small high-school in the area also ordered several, thinking they would be able to work with us on a project. This was also earlier in April, but they haven't received their order. So, now I'm left looking for a different kit. Most unfortunate. This seemed to have everything we needed in one place. I've been reluctant to cancel my order. But, after a month clearly we need to move on.

If you feel that waiting is causing you grief, then we will honor a refund - but it will make us sad! stress
We're suffering from the iPhone syndrome, at a much smaller scale - because we hand build each EZ-B. This is due to the number of pins and DIP socket used for the microchip. We chose to use a DIP so they can be easily and cheaply swapped if you damage it or when we offer an upgrade or add-on.
Well, it hasn't been cancelled yet. I would really rather not. We had hoped to have a little un-boxing event
during the semester. But, as I said, the semester has ended and on a rather low note. I'll have some students around during the summer, so we're hoping we can still get a chance to do it. I haven't found another kit I like as well, yet. But, I'm definitely looking.
