Unable To Establish Bluetooth Connection

Just got my EZ-B - I have tried different computers and and the controller cannot be discovered. I know the laptop is fine as it discovers other bluetooth devices - anyone can help?

Servo Motors Disengaged

@DJ Just a heads up. I just went through the servos in my kit and found three of the 4 standard servos did not function correctly. They whined when plugged in. Can't Connect To Bluetooth
