Brookstone Rover Using Http

I am new here and I can't seem to figure out something that may be a simple issue. I would like to control my rover with my android tablet using the http server feature, but I can't figure out how to connect to the rover and to the internet simultaneously. Do i need additional software for this and if so are there any complete tutorials on the topic, thanks.

One for rover Other for Internet
