Hey, I like the way you spelled it. " Pinokio " is creative and makes it unique. Regardless of the reason, I think you should keep it like that. No copyright problems either.
EDIT Well darn, I just looked up Pinokio on the web and it seems it's not that unique after all. Maybe a variation? "Pinokeeo", "Pinnokio", "Penokkio"?
