How To Install App On Mobile

Hello,

I am using the ARC app(iOS on an iPad) with a JD EZ-Robot and none of the "Installed Robot Apps" are available after signing in via "Preferences".

I can sign-in just fine and connect the App to the Robot but none of the "Installed Robot Apps" are installed.

We have been using the App and Robots without issue since last August and last week we went to use them with a summer camp we run and now it says there are no robot apps installed.

The app is updated, we uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the iPads are updated, and I even tried it with a JD that had a firmware updated pushed to it.

Hello, I noticed you've posted the same question again, for the third time, in a new thread. We moved your most recent question into the existing thread, like we had before. Please use this thread for your question. However, your question has also been answered, so please read this thread.

You must install the robot app on the mobile device using the "Public Apps" button. Scroll until you find the JD app and select INSTALL. After that, it will appear in your Installed Robot Apps list. It is documented above and in the entertaining video linked above as well.

Hi there,

It looks like your question has been addressed previously, so please refer to the original thread for all details. To summarize the solution:

  • Install the Robot App on Your Mobile Device:
    • Open the Public Apps section on your mobile device.
    • Scroll through the list until you find the JD app.
    • Select INSTALL.
  • Once installed, the JD app should appear in your Installed Robot Apps list.

This process is detailed in the related documentation and video. If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, feel free to ask!

Best regards,
