Hello,
I am using the ARC app(iOS on an iPad) with a JD EZ-Robot and none of the "Installed Robot Apps" are available after signing in via "Preferences".
I can sign-in just fine and connect the App to the Robot but none of the "Installed Robot Apps" are installed.
We have been using the App and Robots without issue since last August and last week we went to use them with a summer camp we run and now it says there are no robot apps installed.
The app is updated, we uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the iPads are updated, and I even tried it with a JD that had a firmware updated pushed to it.

Our school is currently utilizing the ARC iOS app alongside the EZ-Robot JD unit, and we've encountered an issue where the program for the JD, which was previously available under "Installed Robot Apps," is no longer visible. We can successfully sign in to the app using our credentials, and our account information is verified correctly. Furthermore, we are able to connect the robot to the app via WiFi without any issues, yet the relevant tab remains empty, preventing us from programming the JD robot.
Additionally, we attempted accessing the section prior to establishing the WiFi connection to the robot, but the result is the same-empty. Both the ARC app and the iPads we're using have been updated to their latest versions.
Is the ARC iOS app still supported? If so, could you please provide any troubleshooting tips or guidance on how to resolve this issue?

I'm not ARC support. However I asked a few months ago about being able to run Apple app from an apple phone and was told that Apple is not supported anymore. @DJ answered my question but I can't remember the reasons he gave. Here is the minimum requirements for running ARC on a laptop form the Products section of this forum. It only mentions being able to run on a Windows computer. I'm running ARC Pro on a window laptop and have the remote app running a interface I built with ARC nicely on my Android phone.
EDIT: To be fair, I was asking about Remote a user interface (Remote UI). Sounds like you are running a class with multiple users. I really don't know anything about the way you all are or have been using ARC.
