Give us a clue. What did you do just before that popped up? Latest ARC? Which OS? Have you tried reinstalling ARC and .net framework?
I have windows 8.1 , it appears after the speech recognition, the latest version of ARC, I tried to reinstall
I looks like a problem with the speech recognition language settings:
EZ_B.SpeechSynth.GetInstalledCultures()
What language is selected under the settings for speech recognition? Can you try En-US?
try and reset your EZ-B v4
What do you mean by "it appears after the speech recognition"?
Without providing information, we won't be able to assist. Tell us what you did to receive the error. What buttons did you press? What menu options? Etc...

Thanks Nomad for fixing his video.
I'd go back to post #10 from DJ and make sure voice recognition works under Windows. From the video we can see the mic works and sound recording seems to work, but we don't yet know if speech recognition under Windows works.
