Just found this thread and wondering what exactly is missing from your point of view? There are already bunch of sensors, two video cameras plus a lot of software components available.
I would appreciate if you can elaborate a little bit more on this statement.
A 72 person team? Avg $55,000 a year? Could they ever sell enough product to support that?
So the accurate statistic (without counting generated and XML files) is what you think is lacking?
