You need to refresh your browser, it is changed to your robot. It's probably showing the image stored in the cache.

Hold control and refresh to force it to download the new image.

@DJ might want to set the picture expiration date to some date in the past, I've also had troubles with this.

This is what I use for a live webcam feed on my website:
