@rgjubilee - here are the product numbers from Robot Shop (at least from the Canadian site should be the sameon US).

When I made my adapter, I used the end off of the switch unit in the picture below.

When you wire up the Deans to Barrel, you will go positive to center and ground to outer on the barrel.

If you use a barrel plug with wires and you are not sure about which runs to the inner and outer, use a multimeter to check continuity between the barrel and wire ends.
