Hi, I wonder if you can help me. My grandson loaded ARC onto his Mac which runs Windows 8. He downloaded it from your website using Bootcamp on his mac. Now windows shows a blank screen after booting. How can he remove this software. He can't seem to remove it using Mac OSX. The permissions will not allow him to read or write to the boot camp...
