Hi, I wonder if you can help me. My grandson loaded ARC onto his Mac which runs Windows 8. He downloaded it from your website using Bootcamp on his mac. Now windows shows a blank screen after booting. How can he remove this software. He can't seem to remove it using Mac OSX. The permissions will not allow him to read or write to the boot camp partition. He tried shredding the folder using drive genius 3. Please help!!! any suggestions.. thanks
Hello, I do not know what these shredding folder things are. However, in windows there is an option in the Control Panel called "Programs and Features". You can access the control panel from selecting Control Panel from the Start Menu in Windows. Select PRograms and Features. Look for ARC. Click it, and select Uninstall
Hi, thanks for this reply. What he is saying is: after he loaded it in his windows 8 on his mac, he could no longer get into windows... he gets a blank screen. so he can not uninstall it. is there a way he can get into safe mode of some sort. this is a real problem.. thanks

ARC is not the reason that Windows will not load. He will have to boot Windows into Safe Mode (google how to do that). ARC has no effect on start-up files, start-up registry entries, and no start-up runtimes. It's entirely "on demand" executed and is used successfully by thousands of people without issues. So sadly, the issue he is experiencing is unknown and he'll have to investigate further as it's not related to ARC.
