Oh wow, I actually forgot about the nuts, dont remember seeing them in the instructions. Kinda didnt really need them anyways with my construction, every thing on the face was fitting so tight.

Are you going to give him upper teeth also? I would imagine it would be a challenge to fit them in there and not have them look like he has buck teeth. Of course a talented designer like you could probably pull it off.

New development. I mounted the sides of the ears and that changed the angle of the mouth by 1.5 mm. so new file are comming . some pictures from topbackpannels with nut in place . dont use super glue or any other then hot glue on the bottem , just incase the nut falls out . why only use hot glue ? there is always the possebility when bying a  batsh M3 nuts , some bad ones are the batsh or M2 nuts mixted . in this case you can remove the nut , and replace with a new one .
