Those are looking good. But wondering, have you been having any issues with the jaw moving up/down when speaking? I have noticed two things with my robots head. One, that the left side of its mouth seems lower than the right, which led to find that the parts that connect to the jaw servo does not move smoothly up and down the spiral shaft, and that the piece is not perfectly straight.
I've seen video of your bots mouth movement, makes me wonder whats different with mine.
it all starts with the frame were all part wil be mounted . i notest the lower micro servo mount is touching the back ,
of the frame . also the nut m3 holes didn were correct ; also fixed that . do a test with open skull and see ,
what moves or touch .
i made a cut out. Also the jaw hings touching the eye sockets . see new stl downloads .
also the lowe hings eye socket seems to touch the jawhings when turn the eyes .
also a fix for that . see download stl , i removed that lower hings connection .
you can print these complete , no need for screws .
