Voice Choice On 64 Bit System

I cannot change Voices on my 64 bit system, ARC Version 2013.01.16.00. My 32 bit system works fine with this version and previous versions of ARC worked fine on my 64 bit system. Hey all Is it possible to tell by these specs how much weight these motors can carry? If not how can i find out? Any help I'm grateful for. Need A Screw To Hold The Kit Wheel On The Kit Servo

I have tried to shim the wheel but it keeps coming off. I could glue it on but I didn't want to gum up the servo. I need a screw greater than 0.75 in (19 mm) and less than 1.0 inch (25 mm). i have rest all servo home .1 prob need to adjust home postion slightly do to weight of my robot head it lean alittle . to go like to home 58 postion not 50 .. playing around with the number couldnt get that number. thanks
