Still No Camera Tracking, Lots Of Memory?

I still can not start camera tracking, black screen processed video. I took my laptop to my local computer shop to check it out. It shows I still have 2.05 GB of memory, after starting with 4 GB, and only up to 60 percent CPU usage running ARC? My hard drive showed no errors.
