That is great and I will be doing this exact thing on purpose with the students. We have a huge field that goes outside of the schools wifi range. We will use this to demonstrate.

This weeks lesson is on tethered vs not tethered and the benefits and restrictions of both, along with the final few things in ARC that I haven't covered yet that are not the actual building components.

i do with my cell phone which is an android all of the time.

I pictured you walking down the street with your laptop taking your robot for a walk.... Maybe a dog, might be better for those walks....:)

I like it! I want to take my robot for walks too. I just can't take him out on hot days, lest his hot glue meltith.

@jdebay, are you able to change the Network IP of your router? Forgive me if i missed that in a previous post. However, i am wondering if the particular driver that HP is using maintains the network routing even through the interface is disabled.

My curiosity is wondering if you changed the Network IP in the router if that will resolve the issue. For example, you can change the Network on your router to 192.168.0.1 instead of 192.168.1.1.

Can you try that for me?
