Just updated to Release 2018.11.05.00. Having the same problem now as "jackphillips1953" - ARC does not load. My laptop is Win10, version 1803, build 17134.376. Can you provide the previous version please? Teaching a class tomorrow (Wednesday) and without a running version of ARC I am screwed.

I would recommend uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling. Have you tried that?

Are you an administrator account during installation?
Any virus scanner warnings during install?
Please try this...
uninstall ARC
navigate in explorer to c:\Program Files (x86)
Delete the folder named EZ-Robot Inc
install ARC
Yes, admin. No warnings, the installation completed without hiccups. Luckily I didn't upgrade any of the student laptops - so I guess I just have to use one of theirs.
The previous installation can't be used because the code signing certificate expired in October. This is a new code signing certificate - but that's only for the installer and has no effect on the application. Can you follow my instructions above and let me know if it helps?
After the uninstall there is no longer a folder c:\Program Files (x86)/EZ-Robot Inc
